On the other hand, the size of LED cabinets is decided by the size of LED module,too. For example, the size of LED panel is 320mm x 160mm, the width of LED module is 320mm and the height of LED module is 160mm. In that case, the size of LED cabinet must be suitable for certain pcs of LED modules. That is, the width of LED cabinet must double the 320mm and the height of LED cabinet must double the 160mmm. E.g. the width of LED cabinet must be 640mm, 960mm, 1280mm etc and the height of LED cabinet must be 320mm, 480mm,640mm and so on. Of cause, there are some special size in LED modules. For exammple, the rental LED modules and transparent LED modules. The size of rental LED module is just 250mm x 250mm, including indoor rental LED modules from P4.81, P3.91, P2.976 to P2.604, outdoor rental LED modules from P4.81, P3.91 to P2.976. So there are only 2 kinds of size at 500mm x 500mm and 500mm x 1000mm in the renatl LED cabinet for rental LED billboard out of home advertising or interior rental LED display in event hire. The size of transparent LED modules is just 500mm x 1000mm and 1000mm x 1000mm. So the LED cabinet for curtain LED modules are special, that is, very simple almiunium structure. The weight of it is very light, so the mesh LED display OOH advertising and crystal clear LED screen can be fixed inside or outside the windows, so we call it windows LED display video wall or grid LED screen. Because of the clear LED modules like lattice in the LED cabinet, so client call it lattice LED screen, too.
The simple LED cabinests are only for inland fixed installation LED screen, e.g. indoor 3D LED screen, TV studio LED billboard,mirror magic LED display and immersive full color LED display, etc. The waterproof iron LED cabinets are mainly for exterior fixed mounted LED screen, for example, mobile outdoor LED billboard, LEDwall display media advertising and 3D LED billboard OOH advertising, and so on. The die-casting aluminium LED cabinets are suitable for outdoor or indoor wall mounted LED video display, outdoor or indooor rental LED billboard advertising.
When we connect the transparent LED cabinets into the fixed installation crystal clear LED display, it need some simple outside structure for fixing them together. If the curtain LED screen just for rental hire in events, we just lift up the window LED screen video wall under the hanging bar. Of cause, there is a kind of rotating curtain LED billboard for 3D glass-free video wall.
For P4.81 or P3.91 rental LED screen display, we just connect the outdoor or indoor die-casting aluminium LED cabinets together and suspend under the hanging bar, which is a full high performance rental LED display video wall for event hire. For common LED display composed simple LED cabinets or waterproof iron LED cabinets,it need a strong structural part to support the connections of LED cabinets.It is same assemblies for
exterior and interior high refresh rate LED display.Of cause,excluding the die-casting LED cabinets for rental high quality LED screen, it is suitable for fixed installation outdoor 3D LED billboard,too. In that case, it need to strong steel structure for support the embedded programmable LED billboard,too.
For high quality outdoor 3D mesh LED display and high brightness outdoor 3D LED screen,the high quality outdoor front maintain LED modules with waterproof protection level at IP 65 in the front side. The waterproof protection level at IP 54 on the back of these LED cabinets are designed for outdoor installation and have protection against water, dust and the sun shine,too. The indoor LED cabinets with the degree of protection at IP 21 so it can not get wet, the brightness in these LED cabinets are low so the incidence of sunlight would cause the image was lost during showing video.
