In last article, we introduced the basic knowledge for LED lamp, LED modules, LED cabinets and LED display. Now let me make a summary for it, that is, from LED lamp to a full color LED screen display, including indoor immersive full color LED billboard, interior immersive full color LED screen and inside interactive LED display.
Each LED module mainly include DIP or SMD LED lamps, PCB,many kinds of driving ICs,capacitances,plastic mask and base,silicone,tin, wire and data cabel connector. PCB is abbreviation for Printed Circuit Board.The plastic mask and base in black color, we call it plastic accessories,too. The DIP or SMD LED lamps,driving ICs,capacitances and wire and data cabel connectorare sticked in PCB by tin, then the PCB is fixed in the plastic accessories, which is for indoor LED modules. For the outdoor modules, the PCB must be fullly cover by silocone in front part. And the back part of PCB must be cover transparent glue. When we sell the full LED modules that shall be including wire, data cable and 4 pcs of magnetics for indoor LED modules or 1 pc waterproof rubber for outdoor LED modules.
DIP LED lamps are mainly in DIP indoor or outdoor P10 LED modules, including DIP blue color LED module,DIP yellow color LED module,DIP white color LED module,DIP indoor red color LED module and DIP green color LED module. Of cause, DIP LED lamps can be used in DIP double color P10 LED modules, e.g.DIP indoor or outdoor double colors LED module.On the other hand, there is DIP LED lamps in outdoor P10 full color LED module, which is not popular in ultra bright LED display, because of the cost is not cheap.

Now the SMD LED lamps in popular LED modules. You know, there is SMD indoor and outdoor P10 single color LED panel, including SMD indoor and red color LED module,SMD indoor and outdoor green color LED module,SMD indoor and outdoor blue color LED module,SMD indoor and outdoor yellow color LED module,SMD indoor and outdoor white color LED module. There is SMD indoor and outdoor P10 dual colors LED modules. We also produce indoor SMD P4.75 Red color and dual colors LED modules,too. There is SMD indoor and outdoor P10 dual colors and multi colors P10 LED module. But the SMD LED lamps mainly are used for many pixel pitches of indoor and outdoor full colors LED modules from P10, P8,P6,P5,P4,P3 and P2.5 and so on, which are for front maintain LED panel,90 degree outdoor LED module,high brightness LED panel and latest LED module,ect.
We assemble the indooor or outdoor full color LED modules in the empty cabinet with enough LED power supply,suitable LED receiving card. Then there is a LED cabinet, including Simple LED cabinet, waterproof iron LED cabinet and die-casting LED cabinets. Usually,the simple LED cabinets are mainly for bosom LED billboard, e.g. conference room indoor full color P3 LED display, indoor full colors LED screen in bus or poster LED billboard advertising. The waterproof iron LED cabinets are mainly for outside RGB LED display, for example,full color P8 LED display perimeter systems in stadium,movable trailer P6 RGB LED screen and right angle full color P5 LED billboard.The die-casting LED cabinets are suitable for exterior and interior full color fixed installation LED screens, e.g. football perimeter stadium P10 full color LED display,glasses-free 3D LED screen video wall or mobile trailer LED billboard. The die-casting LED cabinets can be used for inside and outside rental LED screen, including football perimeter stadium LED billboard advertising, glasses-free 3D LED display video wall,moving trailer LED screen with high quality & high brightness outdoor P5 full color LED modules.
