For example, DIP 546 LEDs for P10 single color LED module.SMD3535 LEDs for outdoor P10 full colors LED module. Smaller LEDs, e.g. SMD2727 LEDs for P5 LED modules. The LEDs brands includes Epistar or Hongshen or Kingtlight or Nationstar. The material for LEDs is mainly copper. Of cause, there is gold LEDs in Nationstar high level LED chip. 2) driving IC. For example, MBI5041 from Taiwan Macroblock. DP5020 from Developer.ICN2017 from Chipone.SC6618 from Silan, and so on. 3) PCB board.PCB stands for Printed Circuit Board.4) Protection Cover,some clients call it plastic accessories. Good quality protection cover can protect the LED module in bad weather including high temperature and low temperature.5) Other accessories, e.g. capacitance, cupper screew, wire connection,ect.

LED module is the element of LED cabinet. Totally, there are mainly 3 kinds of LED cabinets, including Simple LED cabinet for indoor LED screen, Waterproof LED cabinet for outdoor LED display and Die-casting aluminium LED cabinet for indoor or outdoor or rental LED billboard.The LED cabinet includes 1) LED modules, 2)LED power supply, 3)receiving card, 4)empty cabinet, 5)other accessories, e.g. wire, data cable, etc.

It took us so many articles to introduce the LED modules, LED cabinets and then LED display.Then we talked about many design of full color LED screens, for example, the front maintain full color P6 LED billboard,multi-color P10 LED display,transparent LED screen video wall and window LED billboard OOH advertising, and so on. In fact, there are mainly full color LED screen display system. But it is not complete LED display system.

What is the complete LED video display system?
When we connect the LED cabinets together,then put them in an outside steel structure. It can be a LED screen. But it’s not a complete LED video display system.Each a complete LED video screen system shall include, 1) the LED screen, 2)controlling laptop or PC, 3)sending card and video processor, 4)amplifier, 5) speakers, 7) digital receiver or DVD or video camera. By the way, we can either use computer or video processor or both.Of cause,for the outdoor big LED display system shall be including Lightning Protection and air conditioner in high temperature position.
